These are a couple of photos of our trip to the Phi Phi islands (pronounced pee pee). Yep. Pee pee. Poo-ket. Sounds like a lotta fun. I had avoided the touristy Phi phi islands in favor of living in the town of Phuket and casually getting to know some of the local vendors and fellow educators. The islands represented something that I didn't want to be involved in. I finally succumbed after a year and a half of being here. It was a blast! The scenes are exotic and breath-taking. I have seen pictures like this and could never believe they existed in real life.
There are similar scenes in various places around the world. To see them in person is an amazing experience. The perfect climate and clean eco footprint added to the experience.
This will be an indelible memory for me.
